4.What happens if I miss my class? Answer: You can reschedule for the next class of your choice.
5.Can we retake a class over again? Answer: Yes, you can retake a class for $15.
6.Do you give refunds? Answer: No. Immediately upon purchase of the workshop, you download the Welcome Packet which has the link for access to the video tutorials and the five custom actions, things which I cannot reclaim. If you decide you cannot attend, we can reschedule to a time that suits you better or you can just utilize the video tutorials and enjoy the actions.
7.Can I just have access to the video tutorials? Answer: Yes, but I have taken down the page with that option. Email me and I will give you the details.
8.Can I buy your actions? Answer: Yes and no. The actions were designed to be a little extra perk for taking my workshops or paying for access to the video tutorials. However, after frequent requests, I have decide to put some up for sale; procrastination and apprehension has delayed me from getting them all up. Go to Everyday Actions page to see what I have available.
9.Why Don’t you give actions away like Rita at Coffeeshop? Answer: I do give away several of my actions to the general public. Hover over Everyday Actions in the top menu bar and a menu will drop down. Click on Everyday Freebies. Also, I giveaway an action almost once a week at my Facebook fan page.
10.Can you show me how to download actions into my PSE? Answer: Yes. I offer 20 minute screen sharing sessions where I show them how to download, extract and install action and then switch to their screens to walk them through it. The cost for this aid is $15. Contact me to set it up and make payment.
11.Do you know where I can find more actions for Photoshop Elements? Answer: Go HERE for a long list of PSE action designers.
12.What kind of training do you have? Answer: Read My Experience page. I do not claim to be a PSE guru, rather someone who has felt her way through the blindness of learning such a program and knows the lights to turn on for other people.
13.How can I contact you if I have questions? Answer: If they are general questions about the workshops or actions, please ask them at the Facebook fan page. I have several fans/now friends who have taken many of my workshops and use my actions and can help if I am not available.
